Refund policy
We offer interested purchasers the opportunity to reserve a Valence car in advance of release, by paying a deposit. The reservation deposit holds your place in the queue for the upcoming release of your Valence car. The reservation deposit is fully refundable on request.

Refunds
We will notify you when your refund has been processed. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
